App won’t allow log in. Pointless purchase if I can’t use the Bluetooth.
Does not work with ios14. What a waste of money
So I got the thing connected via Bluetooth and everything worked. I shut the seat down via Bluetooth and now the screen is off and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. Anyone know how to get this thing back up and running again? Yes, it's been unplugged and then replugged in; nothing. No, the manual doesn't help. Ironically, the manual tells you how to turn off the screen but neglects to inform the user how to turn it back on. I need your help as my wife is POd.
It is a very nice seat but it is impossible to get it to connect to my phone. I have called and done the troubleshooting and still nothing. There is nothing I can do at this point due to the fact that I don't have proof of purchase. They said the only thing I could do is purchase a new base for $115.00. Very disappointed with this.
